Personally I think that Black Friday sales are overrated, especially on the actual day. Of course sales are great, who doesn’t love a great deal! However shopping sales without a real strategy can end up being a disaster, and a waste of your valuable time, money, and energy on returns. I’ve definitely found myself at the fitting room of Neimans on Black Friday buying and spending 3 times more than planned–and I know you can relate. If you are planning to shop, here are my 4 Black Friday shopping tips that you need to know about:
CLEAN YOUR CLOSETS FIRST
And yes, this includes your kids’ closets, your spouse’s closet, and your winter coat closet. This is so necessary so you know what you already have and can avoid buying things you don’t really need.
