Summer mood = swimwear mode! Since becoming a mom I feel more comfortable in one piece swimsuits, preferably options with interesting details like cut outs. Black is my go-to swimsuit color, my black cut out suit isn’t available anymore but I also love this La Blanca option. White is another favorite color to wear after a visit to GoGlow. When I do wear swimsuit separates I always choose high waist bottoms as they have a slimming effect on the stomach area.
I always complete swimwear looks with summer ready accessories. Hats are a must have for me, especially during the summer. The latest hat addition to my closet is this Eric Javits straw hat – I’m in love! I also just ordered this black hat and this straw hat from Janessa Leone. But if you don’t want to invest as much on a hat for summer I also like this straw hat from Asos. I got these Trademark wedge slippers earlier this year, they’re perfect option to replace traditional flip flops AND they’re on sale right now. Of course no swimwear look is complete without a bag. Personally, I love straw bags with interesting details and shapes to add a fun twist to your look, like this cube-shaped option.
